A group of independent UN experts expressed serious concern about the draft legal act in Belarus, which provides for the creation of a mandatory state register of tutors and other persons carrying out independent professional activities in teaching children, and also introduces a ban for persons convicted under so-called “extremist” articles to provide various types of professional services for teaching children.
